I have been gaming on the internet or at real life gambling halls for a good many years. I have been taught, the habit is able to grab a hold of you and you won’t even notice it up till you are bankrupt. Especially if you are on a run. I have gone through many thousands of dollars in only a short period of time and at times, I can go too far. It feels like you are only enjoying yourself till you choose to pay attention to your squanderings and the guilt sets in, and of course you continue telling yourself "I might be able to earn it back" ad infinitum. It never ever works. Then you get queasy in your abdomen and the harder you attempt the more rapidly you give away.

When you discover that you are up, Remain on the UP! When you begin to lose, do not inform yourself, "well only 1 more" a number of times, believe me, this technique barely ever works. Say you plan on gambling on slot machine games, have a number set aside prior to beginning your play. DO NOT exceed that restriction, regardless of how appealing. If you happen to succeed, put that in a different cup. Do not spend your payouts regardless of what happens. After you have gambled through your beginning determine limit, stop. Back off, regardless if it is on the net or at a land based gambling den, don’t stay at the tables or machines. Always keep in mind, there no doubt will be another day, other times. Obviously, this tactic can work for any casino game that you wager on, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, blackjack or any other game.

Remember, betting is supposed to be delightful not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you aren’t enjoying yourself, you don’t belong at the casinos. If you cannot afford the loss, don’t even start.
