Casino Queen is anchored in East Saint Louis at two hundred South Front st. A total of 150 rooms and 7 suites available at the gambling den. The gambling den coverstwenty-seven thousand five hundred sq.ft. and offers lots of features. In addition to betting, Casino Queen presents a two thousand, five hundred patron riverboat, a one hundred and forty lot motor home park and easy access to MetroLink light-train location.
