Don’t Drink … Play!
If you enjoy having a a drink occasionally, leave your cash out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Empty your pocketbook, your billfold, and leave all cash, credit cards and checks back at the hotel. Grab only the money you intend to use on refreshments, tipping and whatever pocket change you expect to burn and keep the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You could have a success following a drunken night out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to hook a marathon toss at a smokin craps table. Don’t forget that account considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink alcohol and wager. The two simply do not go well together.
Leaving your money back at the hotel is a bit drastic, but precautionary actions for dramatic actions is a requirement. If you play to profit, then don’t consume alcohol and play. If you can afford to be wasteful with your $$$$ nary a worry, then drink all the free alcohol you can handle, but don’t take credit cards and checks to throw into the mix of following squanderings after your hooched up head loses everything!
Permit me to carry this 1 step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then jump on the internet to play in your best-liked casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my condominium, but since I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards near by, I can not drink alcohol and bet.
What’s the reason? Even though I do not drink alcohol a lot, when I drink alcohol, it’s definitely adequate to befuddle my judgment. I wager, so I do not drink alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet at the same time. When mixed, both create an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
