Do Not Drink … Gamble!
If you enjoy having a a drink ever so often, leave your money at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your pocketbook, your billfold, and keep all money, charge cards and checkbooks at home. Grab whatever cash you anticipate to spend on beverages, tipping and whatever pocket change you expect to throw away and leave the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You could have a win after a boozy night out with your compatriots and be lucky enough to hit a 25 minute roll at a hot craps table. Don’t forget that adventure because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continually consume alcohol and wager. These activities just do not go well together.
Leaving your moola back at the hotel is a tiny bit dramatic, but precautionary measures for dramatic behavior is required. If you play to profit, then don’t drink and gamble. If you like to blow your assets nary a concern, then drink all the no charge beer your stomach are able to handle, but don’t pack plastic credit and cheques to throw into the mix of going after losses after your hooched up self squanders everything!
Allow me to take this a single step more. Don’t consume alcohol and then go online to bet in your favorite internet casino either. I love to drink from the coziness of my apartment, but because I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit at my fingertips, I can not consume alcohol and bet.
Why? Despite the fact that I do not drink a lot, once I drink, it is absolutely enough to blur my common sense. I wager, so I do not consume alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, do not bet at the same time. The two mix up for a dangerous, and crazy, drink.
